Who should be receiving Home Care:

Any Family member who needs assistance with daily activities such as: house cleaning, meal preparation, dressing, bathing, and companionship. Any family member who is discharged from a hospital or nursing facility but still requires additional care at home. Any family member who needs additional assistance to live indpendently due to illness, disability, or aging.
